Sergio Andres Lobo-Navia is an independent filmmaker originally from Miami, Florida. Jarret Lofstead is an independent filmmaker born in Morgantown, West Virginia. They met in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2007 and began collaborating on short docs, music videos, and digital media projects shortly thereafter.

George Dureau: New Orleans Artist is their first feature. It is independently produced by The Bend Media + Productions, our New Orleans-based, digital humanities-focused house.
